More support for advance stitching via fabric. #150

fixed chameleon-cloudlab-fabric fixing destroy of a fabric slice by delaying slice delete until the network is being deleted fixing the adding of routes in fabric cloud regions are now in the policy details file

updated the stitching policy with working aws and gcp cloud facilities for cloudlab restructured the example directory and cleaned up example directory. adding ip start to cloudlab profile and making sure .1 ip is not given chameleon-cloudlab-fabric-stitching now fully functional with 4 nodes nicer output summary only subnet is required in layer3 consolidated cloudlab demo tested native gcp and it works with agg3.ashb/Bundle-Ether5/us-east4. able to ping node on gcp. native aws works. able to ping node on aws. tested sense-aws tested cloudlab using clem profile. sense gcp needs manual help to work tested chameleon and overriding aws facility ports handling bandwidth using attribute bw for L2 facility ports and cleaned up bgp secret updated unit tests
