Remove the plugin that monkey patches slice and network service. #95

This plugin was introduced to handle cloud stitching ports (AWS/GCP). It basically patches some of the methods in the slice and the network service. ... Komal is porting these changes to fabric-extensions. This would allow us to create slices with L3 VPN and L2 VPN if needed.

Closing this enhancement for now. Reminded komal to fix in next fablib release.
