[x] add {uuid}-tk to the list of COUs that are updated when a user changes the name of a project
[x] add the token role to the memberships field for endpoint GET /projects/person_uuid=xxx
[x] verify that db_restore.py is resetting proper indices for all generated tables (issues with tables denoted below)
- user_subject_identifiers
- user_org_affiliations
