[x] add project_type - one or more types to describe the project
- types: research, educational, industry, maintenance, tutorial
- anonymous search only returns research projects
[x] add project_topics - zero or more labels used to categorize the projects area of interest
- free-text list - spaces are replaced by dashes if more than one word is used for a single topic
