Projects created for EDU purposes are often performed by a facility operator who has no stake in the project other than creating it on the behalf of the person requesting it. This can leave the facility operator with numerous {uuid}-pc roles cluttering their own account and exaggerating the size of the their cookie or token to unusable levels.
It is proposed that a facility operator be able to reassign the project creator role to the person who had requested the creation of the project, thus delegating future responsibility to that person.
