Re-introduce skipped tests #2332

https://github.com/fabric8-services/fabric8-wit/issues/2343 involves database migrations and until the database is migrated some of the tests will not pass. These tests that depend on the database have been skipped via https://github.com/fabric8-services/fabric8-wit/pull/2333 (https://github.com/fabric8-services/fabric8-wit/pull/2333/commits/08a84da3740c5ac874429245b0f8779f4cca781a)

Once database migrations have been added, the skipped tests should be enabled.
