This task includes:
[ ] Add ability to soft-delete tracker queries
This should stop the scheduler for this particular tracker query. Hence, the update of the mirrored work items stops.
[ ] Add parameter so that user can choose to either:
soft delete the mirrored workitem OR
detach the mirrored workitem from trackerquery but keep it in work_items table
