Reproduce prod-preview failed deployment #48

In prod-preview, any new deployment fails. It seems like the new cluster pods timeouts before joining the cluster. So they crash and the deployment will consequently fail.

I'll try to reproduce this in prod-preview.
Also I will test it over a new deployment with an empty db and new pods.

I am closing it now cause it was related to the JDBC_PING clustered solution
