Scenario:

When user deletes a Space / Area / WI . The information should be traceable . In terms of Who deleted what or Who moved what / Edit/ Updates .

It would be easy for End user to find out who changed what .

In order to track an incident by which space got removed from the openshift.io

Completely agree, but we haven't built in audit logging yet and history which would track this. Will be a feature we'll want to add!
