Associated Iteration should be grayed while Re-associating the WI

Expected :

When "Iteration 1" already associated with WI , in that case While re-associating WI with iteration , it shouldn't show the "Iteration 1" or it should be grayed

@naina-verma Great catch! In this case, let's keep the iteration in the list, but show the it as disabled/greyed-out so you can see where the it lies within the hierarchy.
