Instead of a word wrap, I'd suggest having the title truncate and provide a tooltip on hover of the text to show the full Iterstion title.

An ellipses with the tooltip sound a little awkward but also sounds like it should assist here. Not sure if it would be on the input field or the dd menu portion of the widget.. would have to think about that for a minute.

However, I think there is also lots of room to first expand that field, to prevent the user having to tooltip a drop down in the first place.

Sj, was any of this in your designs and do you have an recommendations?
