Spoke with the OSIO UXD team & Matt Carrano and here were the takeaways:

• @mindreeper2420 suggested I flesh out the pattern text a bit more to include the Overview text and "when not to use" info. I reference the Experimental Features pattern. That text was added to the Pinning Rows - Draft.
• The OSIO UXD team and I agree that since pinning can be used for either Lists or Tables, that we keep it as it's own pattern, then cross-reference the patterns. I've kept the behavioral text generic enough that the pattern can apply to either lists or tables.
• Matt offered to bring the idea of the pattern to the strategists to see if it's a pattern that they'd like to see added and if so, have the conversation RE: where it should live within PatternFly. He suggested I hold off on taking the pattern too far until we know it will be accepted by PatternFly.
• I responded to comments in the Google doc

I'm blocked until I know whether or not PatternFly will accept the Pattern.
