Capture existing systems UX and solutions to permissions and authentication to get and understanding of the landscape that our users may be familiar with.

Potentially good to look at:

VSTS
Gitlab
Github
BA (BPMS - talk to Liz Clayton)
Atlassian/Jira (talk to Dave, he might be able to give you access to view the admin area of JIRA for a bit)
