DESIGN: Launch Experience - Rework Row Labels

VCs: Based on research results, the row label visuals weren't clear (which row it belongs to).

• Rework the design label visuals to make the relationship to the row more clear.
• Revisit the colors of the labels, especially when a row is disabled
