Update the template to include:

[x] Brief introduction bio page that includes the person's name, role, team, location, fun fact, email, MatterMost username, image
[x] A place to include a link to the Work Item in OpenShift.io- Add to the table of contents
[x] Add owner/contact person on the table of contents as well
