make image to test flexible in test.sh (#160) #183

This will allow to easily test no just the current centos image but also a fedora variant and Java 11 version. (It could also be used to self test that RHEL variant.)

@rhuss OK for you - merge? I could use this in #182 and later in https://github.com/fabric8io-images/s2i/compare/master...vorburger:java11 for #160 ... (@gunnarmorling & @ctron just FYI - unless you want to jump in ;-) and start helping; then this could be useful for you as well.)

@rhuss I can't imagine you have any objections to this one, so I'll self merge this tomorrow, unless I hear -1.
