add unzip again (fixes #184) #185

Earlier versions of this project included unzip, and some project using this S2I based image relied on that. Recent versions, after the change from the jboss to the centos base, lost unzip, therefore breaking downstream projects. This puts it back explicitly.

@rhuss OK for you, or any very strong reason why not to re-add unzip back again?
