central.maven.org is not avialable #241

Hi,

Please change central.maven.org to repo1.maven.org in several Dockerfiles. E.g. https://github.com/fabric8io-images/s2i/blob/master/java/images/centos/Dockerfile#L57 https://github.com/fabric8io-images/s2i/blob/master/java/images/fedora-java11/Dockerfile#L57
