update Docker image(s) w/ latest Java version(s) #262

The latest version on Docker Hub is some time ago. Please update the base image w/ latest version of Java and maybe provide a new tag.

These fabric8 images are not actively supported anymore (fabric8 as a project has been sunsetted for quite some time, only some sub-projects are still actively maintained), but I'm still happy to integrate PRs if needed.

Thanks for the information. I was not aware about the current project state. When PRs are offered and integrated, is a new Docker image build and available on Docker Hub?

https://github.com/jkubeio/jkube-images seems to be the successor of this project.
