Build fails in the git plugin #26

I'm hoping to collect all the failures and file bugs so that we don't miss any of them. I believe rather than restarting the jobs, we need to take a deeper look at things when a build fails because of our code. Please use the label 'Build Error' to group these together.

we have shut down GKE. Closing this.
