Move plugins other than 'main' into a separate component #199

For this issue would it make sense to pull the forge and wiki plugins (and probably github too) into separate components? This would mean then the ipaas console mentioned could easily pull in forge and wiki components as needed, otherwise I'm thinking we'd have to either maintain a fork or make fabric8-console a package, both of those options strike me as being yucky :-)

We've already hawtio-forge and hawtio-wiki repos, they're just deprecated, maybe we make 'em undeprecated and update them.
