Rename "fabric8-build" to "fabric8-kit" #2

I think "fabric8-build" is a bit misleading as its more than about building images. It contains also enrichers for resource generation. Also it supposed to be used in other products as kind of a library, so I think naming it as "kit" would describe it better.

Ok, let's do it. I will rename the project and README first, for the Java package structure we should wait until we have decided how to include #1 , otherwise we would get tons of merge conflicts.
