It would be good to have a demo of the rolling update features of kubernetes using our mq and webservice apps.

with emphasis on the lifecycle of the components that hold persisted or stateful data, either db or filesystem or anything else.

Would also be good to have such a function in the web console so ppl can do it from there as well.
