Add support for gitlab as an alternative to gogs ? #4639

Not that I'm not satisfied with Gogs but maybe Gitlab could be a good alternative, especially the announced a FOSS Slack alternative Mattermost and IMO it can be expected that there will be a very tight integration with Gitlab out of the box.

It would be also a good chance to prove the flexibility of our DevOps workflow.

we've now got an app for gitlab: https://github.com/fabric8io/fabric8/issues/5184 though still more work to get it as closely integrated as gogs
