Kubernetes templates have fallen behind #5006

These need to be updated to the new resources locations in maven central and also tied into the fabric8 release pipeline so they dont fall behind again.

I've updated the templates but not pulled them into the CD pipeline yet - that bit is still to do to ensure they're kept up to date with each release.

I've also not been able to test them yet as I hit https://github.com/fabric8io/gofabric8/issues/15. I've not been able to look into it tonight but I think @jimmidyson is thinking about it, if not I'll dig into it.
