send UI on the ActiveMQ Queue asks for a user/pwd in the send UI when in a fabric #612

I wonder if there's a way to auto-default this so the send UI on a queue still works?

In the Endpoints tab apparently it works every time. Just clicking in the prefs tab (without adding any user/pwd) made it work in the ActiveMQ -> Queue tab too. (tested with build 321 on openshift)
