when reaching approve step, it doesn't work to click processed for approval in fabric8 pipelines on platform 2.4.21.

I need to go to jenkins and click. It seems the message in jenkins is not complete.

Version null has now been deployed to the fabric8-staging environment at: null/kubernetes/pods?environment=fabric8-staging

Would you like to promote version null to the Production namespace?
