Description

After the fix for #5527 provided in #5676 we need to consider valid edge cases that might not be viable after the mentioned fix.

User tries to upload the contents of a directory (with nested directories only) to the root directory of the Container.
User tries to upload a directory to the root directory of the Container.

In addition, there are certain invalid situations that we could warn or fail ahead of time.
