A env parameter of deploy and build API is tightly associated with OSO use case which is not going to work in OSD case.

To fix this issue

[ ] Pass the complete namespace to env param
[ ] Provide an env API that would return the complete namespace name by giving the following parameres
- name : pipline env map to refer
- type : type of environment stage, run

It returns the cluster details or namespace

We haven't defined how the multi environment would look like, so le'ts put this on hold
