Add PlantUML diagram of the OSIO-Pipeline flow #112

If you need to update this diagram, you just click on the PlantUML link, adjust the diagram and generate, and copy the links to png and plantuml in the README as done in this commit. GitHUB will do its magic for the image import/resize

This closes openshiftio/openshift.io#4713 and closes #107
