update Readme for runTest, testNamespace and changes in spawn API #119

We added two new API's - runTest and testNamespace. We need to add documentation for that. Also, we did some refactoring in spawn API, docs need to be changed accordingly.

This is the continuation of PR #91

@rupalibehera it will be good if we can add the usage-snapshot of this API in our example.
