Restructure Routing Setup with Default and Blank Layouts

This pull request addresses the restructuring of our routing setup to incorporate default and blank layouts across the project. Here's a summary of the changes:

• Created LayoutPage.vue for the default layout, including header and footer components.
• Added BlankLayout.vue for specific pages like login.
• Updated routing configuration in router/index.ts to utilize the new layout structure using Vue's layout inheritance with the children property.
• Ensured thorough testing to confirm all pages render correctly within their respective layouts.
