JACoP not finishing with 3D images #2

I’m trying to use the JACoP plugin to measure Pearson’s and Manders coefficients in a 3D stack. The plugin never finishes and just hangs indefinitely. However, it works fine if I use a 2D slice out of my image stacks, but I really need 3D colocalization. Why does the JACoP plugin not finish with a 3D stack? I welcome your advice. Thank you.

Hi,

I'm really sorry to hear about that. I've tried the latest version of the plugin, and has had no difficulty getting the results. It took only few second:

Image A: SlideL28_4_AF647.tif Image B: SlideL28_4_AF488.tif

Pearson's Coefficient: r=0.838

Manders' Coefficients (original): M1=1.0 (fraction of A overlapping B) M2=1.0 (fraction of B overlapping A)

Manders' Coefficients (using threshold value of 140 for imgA and 66 for imgB): M1=0.878 (fraction of A overlapping B) M2=0.81 (fraction of B overlapping A)

Are you sure only Pearson's and Manders' coefficients are ticked ? Does ImageJ gives you back any error message that would help identifying the issue ?
