Flash does not load in IE on itnital page launch. Refreshing or visiting another page and returning fixes it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Internet Explorer. navigate to continentalautogroup.com. Flash
does not load.
2. Refresh the page or select another page in the site and return to the page.
3. Flash now shows up as expected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The expected output
is the swf file being embeded on the page. Instead, the page renders as if
the flash never existed. Alternate content does not show either.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
swfObject 2.0. I tested this in both IE7 and IE6. Works in other browsers.
Tested both on a MAC and a PC

Please provide any additional information below.

It does load on initial page launch, just load the examples from our test suite:

This is not a generic swfobject issue, but an authoring issue, please repost it
