[Docs]: v6 Documentation

Description

README.md needs a brief notice, calling out the docs being out of date, and letting new people know v6 has been released. And minor updates to relevant sections of ./CONTRIBUTING.md#-improving-docs

It would be great to link to the new docs repo, so contributors can find it easily, definitely inCONTRIBUTING.md and maybe in README.md.

As soon as the website on fabricjs.github.io has mirrored the same content of fabricjs.com, and is in a state in which a person can come and find the info in an easy way, i ll move it back to fabricjs.com and update contributing.md

I also need to fix the fabricjs.com domain configuration that i do not own.

The new website is not ready yet. There is a lot to do yet and writing text is harder than writing code.
