Get rid of init script if you use default configuration

With PyPi, it is now possible to get rid of the init script if you would use a default location for the runtime.

The default locations should be:

• workspace\repos\fabricks\runtime for the runtime
• workspace\repos\fabricks\runtime\fabricks....conf.yml for the config

Maybe better not use /repos since that's deprecated now. so directly workspace/fabricks/runtime
