Blog posts are hosted on 'towards data science' that gives only 3 free stories per month. Have you considered a notebook versions of articles? I think python and R version could be done separately.

Yes, that's correct. I did not put Part I on GitHub since it does not involve any software. Here is the friend link for part I.
