Stable release 1.0 #858

Since Fabulous v0.61 has been released 2 months ago and no major issue has been reported since, as well as Xamarin.Forms hitting its last milestone (5.0), I think its time we release a stable version of Fabulous.

No, this is not a joke :) Making Fabulous stable will allow me to move on and start new things like MAUI support.
