Remove multitargeting for Xamarin.Forms on .NET 6.0 #921

Following a discussion with @edgarfgp, Xamarin.Forms on .NET 6.0 would never likely be used. To make it easier for us, contributors and maintainers, I removed the multitargeting.

Also readded the missing FabulousWeather & TicTacToe samples
