Style the app more Mac-like #3

Currently there are windows (especially the 'miner-settings' and 'pool-settings' screens) which do not look mac-like. Maybe this can be fixed.

miner settings actually uses the template for options windows in pro-Mac apps and I quite like it - I do have changes planned for the setup window though. Anything specific you want from them would be great!

For me the feeling is that it might be the 'official' style but it is not widely used. At least I use no app that looks that way. It'd be great to orient the settings on apps like Mail.app or Dropbox.app or so.

I think I will add pool settings to the main preferences which as you say is more Mac like - the miner settings would be a bit trickier though with different settings for each window and all

The pool settings have been added to Preferences, though the old setup hasn't been removed or properly obscured yet - I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the latest updates!
