6 years ago hey @lucymk, I've had a think and if we can't hide the email column within the mentor spreadsheet, it's best to just to merge that into the other spreadsheet and I'll add availability on behalf of mentors. I can think of a few mentors who would not want other people to see their contact details, and it's better data practice to just keep those details as private as possible. Thanks!
It would be helpful for mentors and AKT staff to be able to edit and access data in an easier format.
One way to do this might be by building an admin login and dashboard, however this would be quite a big undertaking and is probably not going to be done in this sprint.
This issue might also be partly addressed by switching to Airtable, as discussed in #77
