Selecting one crop to see risk pests

Time Est. 1 day As a user, I want to be able to choose a crop and see info about the crop-specific pests Acceptance criteria:

[x] Display a variety of crops to select from
[x] Filter JSON/API/database information depending on chosen crop
[x] Show how to identify the pest
[x] Display information about pests specific to the selected crop
[x] Show current risk levels for different pests which are a danger to this crop
[x] Indicate preventative measures to take
