Intended consequence:

  1. Food waste

Unintended consequence:

  1. Relying on food that is not seasonal and more difficult to find in shops;
  2. Less food sharing/social food, loosing the social side of gathering together;
  3. Loss of interest in unknown/traditional food- loss of interest in new recipes.
