Describe the problem you'd like to solve Combat food waste and unhealthy eating with a meal planning app.

Choose two or three recipes from a list (API/JSON...?) and the app will calculate a five-day meal plan which uses the ingredients in common from your choices as well as a few extra recipes.

The app intends to reduce food waste by encouraging users to be more conscious when buying ingredients and making food. Using recipes which promote healthy eating the app will tackle diet-related health issues.

Who are the stakeholders? Humans, health, medical folk, educators, cookers

What is currently being done to solve this problem? Recipes are created, recipe sites where you can enter ingredients, supermarket recipe suggestions etc
