Andy (he/him)

How I get my best work done:

In my previous life: under pressure and with an imminent deadline! Time management has not always been my strongest point but at FAC17 I'm striving to be organised and to get things done in good time.

The role I usually take in a team:

An active and hopefully useful team player.

My communication style:

Happy to give an honest opinion, discuss ideas, or agree or disagree on points.

What I value:

A lack of conflict when working in groups! I'm just trying to learn and I think that's the point of FAC. I don't think what we're doing warrants standup arguments.

What people misunderstand about me:

If I go quiet it’s usually because I’m concentrating, not being uniniterested. I'm also quite a meticulous person so please be patient if I'm a bit slow at times.

How I like to get my feedback:

I don't mind, but it's good to be able to talk the feedback through afterwards if necessary to make sure I understand fully the points being raised.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

...I'm still working on it!

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

Programming: Further down the line I'd really like to develop VR experiences and work with web frameworks like A-Frame.

Otherwise: Music, films, books and other cultural stuff. Also recently started playing squash (but not well).
