Your-Name-Here (your-pronouns-here) Lizzy (she/her)

How I get my best work done:

I get my best work done when given clear instructions and enough room to ask questions when unsure of anything. I enjoy working with others and bouncing ideas.

Before diving into a task, I like to map out the required steps to complete the task and discuss any possible blockers.

The role I usually take in a team:

I am happy to have tasks delegated to me or role of leader (occasionally). Usually, I am the one in the team that deals with all the planning/organisational aspects because I generally enjoy planning. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I have a Trello board for pretty much every aspect of my personal life.

My communication style:

I like to ask questions and enjoy listening to other viewpoints.

What I value:

Openness, and having my viewpoint listened to. I do not like others speaking over me.

What people misunderstand about me:

I have a dry sense of humour and not to be taken seriously.

How I like to get my feedback:

Straight to the point, but done with tact. Feel free to throw in a compliment (or two) image alt

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

HTML and CSS

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

I enjoy travelling, reading and attending concerts in my free time.

During our projects I really enjoyed solving issues with Lizzy. Her impeccable organisation skills and openness translates into how she approaches programming, and making her a pleasure and huge support to pair with. Lizzy has a keen eye for design and is a real team player. I'm glad to have found a fellow Ru Paul's Drag Race superfan in my cohort💄👠

I loved working with Lizzy. First of all, what a brilliant sense of humour! She always wants to understand the bigger picture of a project thoroughly as well as what the small parts os the code are doing. In other words, I have learned a lot when working with her. Lizzy enjoys a structured approach to a task but is highly adaptable. A joy to work with!
