I love the light bulb / light-dark mode idea! Great use of css and nice hover effect. It looks great 💯 👍
One thing I would say though, on the landing page it's unclear what the page is for or what to do. Maybe introduce a blinking Click Me tag to make it clearer for users, they shouldn't have to think about how to use the page.
