Informing and guiding young adults on their career choices

Describe the problem you'd like to solve The period of life between leaving school and forging a career that is rewarding can be a very difficult and confusing time. Often young people have a change of heart, lose passion or become disillusioned with their chosen path/subject/industry. Others simply leave school not having any idea which way to go, or how to start making progress in any direction.

Who are the stakeholders? Young people primarily (16-25). Older adults looking for career change.

What is currently being done to solve this problem? Currently I have seen basic quizzes which analyse your interests/strengths and suggest a career for you. However, I have not seen anything that goes further and gives you guidance on how to get into that career path, with resources and milestones.
