By doing! I like to take my time to understand things, sometimes it takes me a little longer than others to learn something new (I'm dyslexic) but once I've got the hang of things I work very confidently.
The role I usually take in a team:
I usually listen (especially if it's something I am unfamiliar with!), but I like to push myself to take the lead occasionally (especially if the rest of the team are also unsure)

Sometimes I find it hard to say/describe what I'm thinking, I work much better visually

Patience and working together as a team when someone doesn't understand something.
What people misunderstand about me:
Sometimes I find it hard to say what I'm thinking (or to explain things), I think this makes me look like I don't know what I'm talking about! I put a lot of pressure on myself, sometimes I get frustrated when it takes me too long to understand something (but this isn't aimed at you!)
How I like to get my feedback:
I appreciate all feedback, I don't take negative feedback badly (it's hard to offend me!)

I started my own fashion brand a few years ago, I now do that as a hobby at the weekends. I also love walking my dog, George. He is a good boy!
