Add back error info

When either direction is missing

• show the error info for that direction

Problems

• error message duplicating when hitting submit
• error message not appending to southbound
• not displaying station name (because there's no response containing station name...should just read the value from user selection)

need to investigate the keeping the first instance of the same time to leave part, maybe remove it
